Every tradesperson must meet our trust, reliability and quality standards before joining Trady, and performance is monitored over time.

Identity reviewed

We may ask applicants for proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence, before approval.

Applications are reviewed manually before approval.

Right to work reviewed

We may ask for proof of right to work in the UK as part of the application process.

Right to work evidence may be requested before approval.

Qualifications reviewed

We may ask for trade-specific qualifications, registrations, certificates, or experience evidence where relevant.

Requirements vary by trade and the type of work.

Insurance reviewed

We may ask for public liability insurance details and other cover where applicable.

Insurance requirements depend on the trade and work type.

DBS where required

DBS checks may be required for certain types of work, customer settings, or roles.

DBS requirements are assessed as part of manual review where appropriate.

References reviewed

We may ask applicants for references and may contact those references as part of manual review.

Reference checks may be used to assess reliability and work quality.

Ongoing monitoring

Performance is monitored over time through customer feedback, complaint patterns, and platform conduct.

Trady can restrict or remove access where standards are not met.

Our Standards Are High, Deliberately
