What “vetted” means at Trady
Every tradesperson must meet our trust, reliability and quality standards before joining Trady, and performance is monitored over time.
Identity reviewed
We may ask applicants for proof of identity, such as a passport or driving licence, before approval.
Right to work reviewed
We may ask for proof of right to work in the UK as part of the application process.
Qualifications reviewed
We may ask for trade-specific qualifications, registrations, certificates, or experience evidence where relevant.
Insurance reviewed
We may ask for public liability insurance details and other cover where applicable.
DBS where required
DBS checks may be required for certain types of work, customer settings, or roles.
References reviewed
We may ask applicants for references and may contact those references as part of manual review.
Ongoing monitoring
Performance is monitored over time through customer feedback, complaint patterns, and platform conduct.
Our Standards Are High, Deliberately
Applications are reviewed manually before approval. We may ask for proof of identity, right to work, insurance, qualifications and references, and we do not approve every applicant.
