Every tradesperson is verified before they take a job
We check ID and confirm every tradesperson carries valid £1M public liability insurance before they can accept any work through Trady. We re-verify their insurance every year.
If something goes wrong, we're here to help
If you and the tradesperson disagree about the work, contact us. We'll guide you through Trady's structured dispute process and mediate between you both, keeping you updated as it moves forward.
