Transparent pricing. No surprises.
The price you see is the price you pay. The fee a tradesperson pays is included in their quote — never added on at checkout.
How Get Trady's pricing works
When you book a tradesperson through Get Trady, the price you see is the price you pay — all in, no fees added later. The tradesperson sets their quote and a small platform fee is included in the total. Your payment is held by Stripe until you confirm the job is complete.
How Get Trady charges tradespeople
No subscription. No lead fees. No charge if you don't win the job.
When a customer pays for a job you've completed, Get Trady takes a commission based on the job value:
That's it. No other charges. You only pay when you get paid.
For a £1,200 plumbing job, the customer pays £1,200 — the all-in price shown before booking. The platform fee is £144 (12%), deducted from that amount. The tradesperson receives £1,056.
A £10 minimum applies on jobs where the percentage commission would be lower. Emergency jobs carry a commission three percentage points higher than the standard rate for that band. That uplift is to Get Trady's commission — it is not a surcharge added to the customer's price, and it is not paid to the tradesperson.
