Can I raise a dispute after the 48-hour window?
You can still contact us at hello@gettrady.co.uk and we may consider the issue at our discretion — but funds may already have released to the tradesperson, which limits what we can do.
This is why we encourage you to inspect work carefully during the 48-hour window (or 72 hours per Tier 4 milestone). If you need more time to inspect something specific, you can raise a dispute now and resolve it in the 30-day process — it's better to dispute and resolve than to miss the window.
