What evidence should I gather before raising a dispute?

The more structured the evidence, the faster the dispute resolves. Aim to have: Screenshots of all your Trady messages with the tradesperson (these are timestamped); photos of the work in question (take them with your phone so they have location and time metadata); the original quote or job description; any receipts or invoices the tradesperson provided; notes on dates and times of conversations not on Trady (phone calls etc). When you raise the dispute, you can upload all of this directly into the dispute interface.
