How do I get a refund?
If the job hasn't started and you cancel inside your cancellation window, the refund happens automatically once the cancellation is confirmed.
If the job is partly done and you raise a dispute, the refund (full or partial) is determined as part of the 30-day dispute process — see the disputes section.
Refunds go back to the original card used for the booking, usually within 5–10 working days of being approved.
