How do I report a tradesperson behaving unprofessionally?

If something needs reporting that isn't part of a dispute — for example, behaviour you'd want us to know about for safety reasons, or pressure to pay outside the platform — email hello@gettrady.co.uk with the booking reference and a brief description. We don't share your report with the tradesperson without your consent.
