How do reviews work?

After the work is done and payment has released, you can leave a review of the tradesperson — covering quality, communication, punctuality and overall. Reviews are public on the tradesperson's profile. The tradesperson can leave a review of you as a customer too (covering communication, access, and clarity of brief).
