Something has gone wrong. What do I do?

Take a breath. Most issues are resolved by talking to the tradesperson through Trady messaging first — describe the problem, share photos, give them a fair chance to put it right. If that doesn't resolve it, or if the issue is serious (no-show, very poor work, property damage), raise a formal dispute from your booking dashboard. You have 48 hours after the job is marked complete (or 72 hours per Tier 4 milestone) to do so. Once a dispute is raised, our 30-day structured process begins. Funds stay in escrow throughout.
