The tradesperson is late or hasn't arrived. What should I do?
First, check the agreed start time and give the tradesperson 30 minutes — many tradespeople hit traffic in London. After 30 minutes, send a message via Trady messaging asking for an ETA.
If they're more than 2 hours late and haven't replied: take a photo of the empty job site (your phone will timestamp it), keep messaging through Trady, and document what's happening.
If they're more than 24 hours late and haven't replied or arrived: this is now a no-show. You're entitled to raise a formal dispute from your booking dashboard.
