How are tradespeople verified?

Before a tradesperson can accept any job on Trady, we verify: their ID (UK Right to Work documents or equivalent); their address; their £1M Public Liability insurance certificate (£2M for Tier 4 jobs). Their insurance is re-verified every 12 months, on the anniversary of their initial verification. If a tradesperson's insurance lapses, they can't accept new jobs until it's reinstated.
