How is Trady different from Checkatrade, MyBuilder, Rated People or Bark?

The biggest difference is how payment works. On most marketplaces, you pay the tradesperson directly and the platform charges you (or the tradesperson) a fee just for the lead. If something goes wrong, you're on your own. On Trady, your payment is held in escrow until the work is done. The tradesperson is paid commission-only when you've approved the work. We call it "only pay when you get paid" — and it applies to both sides. There are no subscriptions, no pay-per-lead, and no listing fees.
