What's the 30-minute soft-accept window?

For Instant Book jobs, once a customer picks you, you have 30 minutes to soft-accept the job in the Trady interface. If you don't, the job auto-routes to the next match. Repeated failure to respond within 30 minutes can be recorded as a strike. The 30-minute window does not apply to Emergency Broadcast (first-to-accept wins, immediately) or Application (you accept by submitting a quote).
