The customer didn't give me access. What do I do?
Document it carefully:
Take a timestamped photo of the property exterior (so it's clearly the right address); send messages through Trady asking the customer to confirm access; wait at least 15 minutes from the agreed start time before marking it as a customer no-show in the Trady interface.
Once marked no-show, the customer is charged a £45 no-show fee: £10 to Trady, £35 to you. If the customer disputes the no-show, the dispute is reviewed based on your timestamped evidence.
