What's a double-strike?

Some events count as two strikes rather than one — most notably, if you cancel a job after the customer has paid a deposit on a Tier 2, 3 or 4 booking. This is treated more seriously because the customer's funds are tied up. Double-strikes count as two strikes in the rolling window.
