What's the emergency uplift?

Emergency jobs (the Emergency Broadcast flow — burst pipes, lockouts, no heating) run on a separate emergency price that you set for each job type. That price is the Job Value; the customer sees it before they confirm and nothing is added on top. Get Trady's commission on emergency jobs is three percentage points higher than the standard rate for the band, reflecting the cost of running the emergency service — that comes out of your commission, not the customer's price. The first tradesperson to accept wins the job — there's no 30-minute soft-accept window for emergencies.
