What's the emergency uplift?

Emergency jobs (Emergency Broadcast flow — burst pipes, lockouts, no heating) carry an automatic 3% uplift on top of the customer's posted budget. The uplift goes to you to compensate for the urgency. First tradesperson to accept wins the job — there's no 30-minute soft-accept window for emergencies.
