How and when does Trady take its commission?

Trady is commission-only — you only pay when you get paid. There are no subscriptions, no listing fees, and no pay-per-lead charges; commission is deducted from the job payment when it's released to you on completion. The rates are 15% on jobs under £500, 12% from £500 to £2,000, 8% from £2,000 to £5,000, and 6% above £5,000, with a £10 minimum per job and a 3% surcharge on emergency jobs.
