How long do strikes stay on my record?

Strikes are counted on a rolling 3-month window from the date of each strike. Three strikes in any 3-month window triggers a review of your platform access. The review can result in a warning, a restriction (e.g. limited jobs per month), or removal. A strike older than 3 months no longer counts toward the rolling total.
