What counts as a strike?
A strike is recorded against you for any of the following:
Cancelling a confirmed booking; no-show on an agreed appointment; failure to notify the customer of late arrival through Trady messaging; failure to acknowledge a dispute within the Day 2 window; failure to submit dispute evidence within the Day 5 window; repeated failure to soft-accept Instant Book matches within 30 minutes.
