When do I actually get paid?

Short version: you're paid when the customer confirms the job is done, or automatically 48 hours after you mark it complete. On bigger jobs, 10% comes earlier, once you've arrived. The customer pays when the job is booked, and the money is held securely by Stripe — Get Trady never holds it. What's released to you is your payout: the job value less Get Trady's commission. It goes to your Stripe account, and Stripe pays it into your bank on its normal payout schedule. Jobs under £500, and Instant Book or emergency jobs from £500 to £2,000: the whole payout is released when the customer confirms the job is done. If they haven't confirmed or raised a dispute within 48 hours of you marking the job complete, it's released automatically. Jobs from £500 to £2,000 booked by choosing your quote, and all jobs from £2,000 to £15,000: the payment is split in two. 10% is released after you've arrived at the job (you'll be asked for an arrival photo first). The other 90% is released when the customer confirms the job is done, or automatically once 48 hours have passed since you marked it complete without a confirmation or a dispute. For jobs from £2,000 to £15,000, the customer confirms your written scope before they're asked to pay. If the customer raises a dispute, the payment stays held until the dispute is resolved. Payment for jobs over £15,000 isn't available on Get Trady yet.
