When do I actually get paid?

Tier 1 jobs (under £500): full payment is captured upfront and released to you 48 hours after you mark the job complete (assuming the customer doesn't raise a dispute). Tier 2 (£500–£2k) and Tier 3 (£2k–£15k): the deposit releases once the customer confirms the scope and the 24-hour cool-off passes; the balance releases 48 hours after the job is complete. Tier 4 (£15k–£50k): each milestone (30/40/30%) releases 72 hours after you upload the milestone photo evidence and the customer approves or doesn't dispute. Payouts to your bank typically take 1–2 working days from release. Stripe Instant Payouts are available for an extra 1% if you need same-day.
