You can pause your account at any time from your dashboard (you stop receiving new matches but keep access to existing job history and statements). To close your account permanently, all open jobs and open disputes need to be resolved first. We retain certain records (job history, payment records, dispute records) for 7 years after closure as required by UK record-keeping rules.
